Well, I finally did it. I made my own foil embossed card. I LOVE how it turned out. I used heavy duty foil and folded it up giving it a good amount of thickness and sturdiness. I will most definitely be using this technique again. I love the fancy classy look the foil gives this card.

Thank you fellow crafters for sharing your ideas and cards with us. Your inspirational videos and cards pushed me to finally try this out for myself.

Great job - this is so pretty! I've never used foil before... did you buy a special foil or is it just regular foil from the grocery store? I love it!

It's just regular foil from the grocery store. I actually used the heavy duty (it's a little thicker) foil from Wal-Mart. It's just what I had on hand.
