I was blog stalking again and I was so impressed with the Paper Quilting Star Card made by Mary over at Cardz TV that I just HAD to give this a try.
This card has alot of little pieces (1"x1") so it is a little time consuming but in the end I think it was worth the work. Hop on over to her blog for instructions on how to make your own version.
I was excited to use my new D'vine Swirl Cuttlebug folder on the brown parts and to give it a little more of an old quilt look I sanded the raised parts. Now I'm convinced I need a block sander. My nail file doesn't like to work overtime. LOL The cardstock I used for this card was double sided so it was an automatic match. I LOVE that :)
I hope you enjoyed this Kreation. I know I sure did.
Keep Kreating,
Erin

I love Mary, I made the card too, you can check it out at my blog, although it's just about identical to Mary's.
I love how yours turned out, oh wait this is the other one she did, I haven't tried this one yet.
Erin, your card is AWESOME! I love how you sanded it for that aged look...great papers too!
Thanks so much for sharing it with us...I loved seeing your beautiful creation.
Hugs,
Mary
Thanks ladies.....
I made one too! I'll post mine after my "seven days of Owls" series.
